SHOPPER ELIGIBILITY

Promo is open to all Go Rewards members buying at The Marketplace via Go Robinsons.

Promo period: August 1-15, 2021.

The top 10 highest spenders who purchase via Go Robinsons will be determined as winners and will get the Charcuterie Set for free.

Transactions from August 1-15, 2021 are qualified to join the promo.

The deadline of the qualified transaction is on August 15, 2021 by 11:59 PM.

Qualified transactions are based on transaction value and not the order value of the customer.

Customer can only win once.

In case of a tie, the customer who first reached the spend amount based on the transacted date in the database will be considered as the winner.

Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.

Winners will be notified by The Marketplace team through their registered mail, an email or through phone call and his/her name will be posted at the digital announcement channels The Marketplace and/or Go Robinsons not limited to Facebook and Websites.

Premium item will be delivered to the winner’s address.

The owner, management, and employees of The Marketplace, affiliates and their advertising agencies, spouses, and relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.

HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE:

a. Upon claiming his/her prize, the winner must present/send the following via email or thru messenger for validation:

Winning receipt

Two (2) valid forms of identification or government-issued I.D., including Driver’s License, SSS I.D., Passport, Birth Certificate, TIN Card, and a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN)

In the event that winners cannot present the winning receipt, the winner needs to execute a duly notarized affidavit of loss. A 60-day waiting period shall be imposed as soon as affidavit is submitted to The Marketplace in order to ensure veracity of claim.

Each winner will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prize. After the 60-days claiming period, the unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of The Marketplace with prior approval of DTI.

b. The winners who cannot claim his/her prize personally must provide letter of authorization from his/her representative with attach necessary identifications (i.e. driver's license, passport, SSS, TIN, Voter's ID, etc.)

c. The prize is transferrable but not convertible to cash or any item.

VERIFICATION DRAW

The draw will be held on August 24, 2021, 4PM at Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. Building, 110 Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Ave, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, 1110 Metro Manila. The Marketplace and Go Rewards team, in the presence of a DTI Representative, will determine the winners of each draw. Go Reawards team shall draw the winning entries. There will be ten (10) winners of Charcuterie Set.
