1. Shoppers Eligibility

1.1. Members who accumulate P6,000 worth of Promil Gold Four products during the promo period get a chance to be 1 of the 200 Top spender winners of the Prize (iPad 8th Gen)

1.2. Determination of winners for the Top 200 spender is on:

1.2.1. 100 winners on April 10 – March 1-31, 2021 purchases

1.2.2. 100 winners on May 10 – March 1-April 30, 2021 purchases, as well as those carried over from March

1.3. Two hundred (200) Robinsons Rewards Members with the highest purchase of Promil Gold Four will win the Prize.

1.4. Members can only win once during the promo period.

1.5. Purchases of non-winners during the first schedule of determination will be included on the 2nd schedule of determination of winners.

1.6. In case of a tie in buying the participating products, the shopper with the highest total amount value purchased in Robinsons Supermarket or The Marketplace (including other categories) will win the Prize.

1.6.1. The winning shopper will be notified through registered e-mail and through phone call and his/her name will be posted at the digital announcement channels of Robinsons Supermarket, The Marketplace and Robinsons Rewards, not limited to Facebook and Websites.

1.6.2. The winner should be of Legal Age (Over 18 years old).

1.6.3. In the event that the winning shopper is not of legal age, he/she can be substituted by any family member or guardian of his/her choosing who will claim the prize.

1. Shopper Credentials

1.1. The Winning Shopper shall present the following at the Customer Service Counter:

1.1.1. Robinsons Rewards that was used to purchase the participating product during the promo period. (Card or Mobile App)

1.1.2. Two (2) Valid Government issued IDs (Driver’s License, Voter’s ID, Passport, SSS, etc.)

1.1.3. Proof of e-mail notification as stipulated in clause 1.6.1.

1.2. After the shopper has presented his/her credentials, he/she will be briefed with the mechanics and schedule of claiming his/her prize if not available in the store yet.

1.3. The winner must claim the prize within 60 days from receipt of registered notice. RSC and TMP Customer Service will attempt to call the winners’ registered contact number thrice within the 60 day period. Prizes which are not claimed after the expiration of sixty (60) which will be awarded to the next qualified winner subject to the approval of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

2. Claiming of Prize Mechanics

1.1. The winning shopper will receive the Prize.

2.1. The winning shopper should claim the prize at the preferred Robinsons Supermarket or The Marketplace branch.

2.2. Employees of Wyeth Philippines Inc., Robinsons Supermarket and The Marketplace, affiliate companies, advertising and manpower agencies, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

2.3. The prizes are non-transferrable and not convertible to cash or any other items.

3. Robinsons Supermarket in the presence of DTI representative will determine the winner on
